On May 11, 2020, officers with Investigation Services and Patrol Services arrested 35-year-old Dylan Jocko for breach of probation.
On May 7, 2020, officers were conducting a compliance check on the accused. He was not at the approved residence at that time, contrary to his release conditions of remaining in an approved residence between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
He was located on May 11, 2020 and arrested. He is charged with five counts of breach of probation.
He is scheduled to appear in court on July 27, 2020.
