Sault man caught with break-in tools, suspected meth, police say

On April 29, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 39-year-old Joseph Premo for breach of recognizance.

At 1:27 a.m. officers observed the accused walking on Hughes Street with a duffel bag and knew the accused was on conditions to be in his residence at all times.

He was arrested and a subsequent search found him to be in possession of break-in tools and 3.54 grams of a substance believed to be methamphetamine.

He is charged with two counts of breach of recognizance, possession of in tools and possession of a controlled substance. He was held for bail court.
