On Nov. 16, 2018, officers with The Sault Ste. Marie Police Services CORE Unit arrested 22-year-old Donald Jones of Lorna Drive for theft.
It is alleged that on Oct. 7, 2018 the accused entered a store in the 200 block of McNabb Street where he selected just under $140 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying.
Officers located the accused on Nov. 16 and he was taken into custody. He has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and he will appear in court on Dec. 17.
