Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services responded to a shed fire on Jemmette Street at approximately 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.
When crews arrived, smoke and flames were visible but the fire was quickly extinguished, a news release issued today states.
The shed sustained extensive damage as a result of the blaze. No injuries were reported in this incident.
While the fire is not considered suspicious, investigation into its cause is ongoing.
