A residence was broken into in the 1100 block of Town Line Road. It is reported that between the 18th of July and the 18th of August unknown persons broke into the residence and stole numerous items including TV’s, a laptop computer and jewelry.

23 year old Tina Waboose of no fixed address was arrested and is charged with one count of breaching a release document. It is alleged that she was found to be in the area Albert Street and Gore Street after having been released on a condition requiring her to stay away from the area Albert Street between Gore Street and Dennis Street as a result of prostitution charges laid on 14 August 2012. She will be appearing in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) court this morning.

20 year old Elissa McLarty of no fixed address was arrested and is charged with one count of breaching a release document. It is alleged that she was found on Albert Street at approximately 1:00 am after having been released on a condition as a result of prostitution charges laid on 14 August 2012 requiring her to be in her residence between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am except for medical reasons. She will be appearing in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) court this morning.

31 year old Garrett White of 519 Cathcart Street was arrested on warrants for failing to appear in court on theft charges, breach of bail conditions from Nova Scotia and breach of probation. He will also be in WASH Court today.

23 year old Adam Chaput of 902 Frontenac St. was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceed 80 mg blood alcohol content after police stopped him for speeding over 100 km/h on Second Line East across from the Police Station at 5:04 this a.m. He will appear in court on 24 Sept 2012.
