On August 2nd at 12:15 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 27 year old male with Breach of Recognizance and two counts of Breach of Probation. It is alleged that the male contacted his ex-girlfriend when he was on several court imposed conditions not to speak with her. He will attend court on August 3rd.
Officers from Patrol Services arrested a 36-year old male on outstanding warrants for domestic matters. It is alleged that the male breached conditions of his probation order by having contact with a female he was ordered to remain away from. The male has been charged with one count of breach of probation. He will appear in WASH court on August 2nd.
On the morning of August 2, 2015 at 0255hrs patrol officers arrested and charged 32yr old Joseph FALCO of Chapple Ave. for driving a motor vehicle while having more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100ml of his blood (over .80). It is alleged that officers observed a vehicle being driven erratically in the west end of the city. Officers stopped the vehicle and upon speaking with the driver noted he had been drinking. He will be appearing in court August 31, 2015.
