On November 30, 2013 at 4 p.m., a 37-year-old female was arrested and charged with breach of recognizance and breach of probation in regard to her speaking with a male party that she was to have no contact with.

On November 30, 2013 at 4 p.m., a 37-year-old female was arrested and charged with breach of recognizance and breach of probation in regard to her speaking with a male party that she was to have no contact  with. The female had originally been charged as a result of a domestic occurrence. She will be appearing in WASH court on December 1, 2013.

On November 30, 2013 at 4:50 p.m., Marvin Sinclair, 55 years of Letcher St., was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 as a result of a shoplifting complaint from a business on Bay St. At the time of his arrest, Mr. Sinclair also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to attend court and possession of a controlled substance. He will be appearing in WASH court on December 1, 2013.

On November 30, 2013 at 9:40 p.m. Nolan Gibbs, 51 years, of James St. was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm and possession of a controlled substance. City Police had attended at a bar in the area of James St. regarding a report of a fight. It is alleged that Mr. Gibbs struck another male in the face with a beer bottle causing causing injuries to his face and mouth. At the time of his arrest, Mr. Gibbs was found to have in his possession a small amount of what is believed to be marijuana. He will be appearing in court on January 6, 2014.

On the 30th of November 2013 at 17:00 hours, police responded to a domestic dispute complaint resulting in a 45-year-old male being arrested for mischief. It is alleged that a verbal argument ended with the male punching a hole in the wall of the residence. He will appear in court on the 8th of January 2014.

On the 1st of December 2013 at 12:15 a.m. police responded to the 3800 block of Queen Street East for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Further investigation revealed that the driver, 32-year-old Zackery Flamand-Jacko of LaChaumere Place was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested for care or control while impaired and further charged with failing to provide a breath sample. He will appear in court on January 6, 2014.
