Arrests/Charged Persons: On the 17 of February at approximately 5:45 a.m. City Police conducted a traffic stop on North St. A records check of the driver revealed an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation.

On the 17 of February at approximately 5:45 a.m. City Police conducted a traffic stop on North St. A records check of the driver revealed an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation.  20 year old Kimberly Robinson of Batchewana was arrested and charged as it is alleged that she fail to report to probation and parole as required by the courts. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 8 2013

A 36 year old female was arrested for Breach of Probation. It is alleged the accused contacted her ex-boyfriend when she was on conditions not to communicate with him. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 3 2013.

On February 16, 2013 the accused attended at the place of employment of her ex-boyfriend.  The accused female, age 20 is on probation with conditions.  It is alleged that the accused breached four of the court ordered conditions.  The accused will appear in WASH Court on February 17, 2013. (Weekend and Statutory Holiday Video Court).

On January 16, 2013 Tara Siobhan McKinley, age 33 of 750 Pine Street was arrested on outstanding warrants. An officer assigned to Investigation Services was in the area of the Station Mall at 293 Bay Street and came across the accused. The officer was assisted by uniform officers. While waiting for assistance the accused threw her personal items at the detective and attempted to flee on foot.  The accused was apprehended and charged with escape lawful custody. The warrants included failing to attend court X 4, breach of probation and breach of recognizance.  The accused will appear in WASH Court on February 17, 2013 – (Weekend and Statutory Holiday Video Court).

On Saturday February 16, 2013 the accused Steven John Turco age 28 of 568 Second Line West, Apt. # 201 attended at the police station to sign in to police.  The accused is currently on conditions to sign in at the City Police Station every Friday between 9am and 5pm. The accused had already been warned about signing in on Friday and not Saturday but neglected to listen to the warning.  The accused is charged with breaching a recognizance and will appear in WASH Court on February 17, 2013.  (Weekend and Statutory Holiday Video Court).

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:  (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.):

A break and enter was reported in the 100 block of Carlbert Street.  Entry was gained through the basement window. Currency and drugs were taken.
