On January 5, 2014 at 12:30 p.m., Police Officers were called to a downtown residence for a disturbance. Officers learned a 28-year-old female was arguing with her mother and was refusing to leave her mother’s home. When Police attended, the female was directed by Police to leave and reluctantly complied. As officers were outside the home, the 28-year-old female began to return to the residence. Officers again reminded her she was not welcome at her mother’s home. The female became belligerent with the officers and wanted into her mother’s home. Fearing that she would harm her mother, the 28-year-old female was arrested for breach of the peace. She was brought to the police station to calm down.

A 34-year-old male was arrested and will be appearing in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) court. It is alleged that on the 4th of January the accused attended at the residence of a female despite being on a bail release document prohibiting him from going there. He is charged with one count of breach of a recognizance.
