************************* Anthony Joseph Robinson age 24 of Gran St. in Batchewana First Nation will appear in bail court Tuesday 03 July 2012.

Anthony Joseph Robinson age 24 of Gran St. in Batchewana First Nation will appear in bail court Tuesday 03 July 2012. It is alleged that on the 30Jun12 at the accused, Anthony Robinson breached conditions of a recognizance by communicating with a person he was prohibited from communicating with.

A thirteen year old youth will also appear in bail court Tuesday charged with 5 charges relating to curfew violations.

A 23 year old male from Wellington St. E will also appear in bail court Tuesday charged with three breach of probation charges relating to contacting a victim from a previous domestic incident and a criminal harassment charge relating to allegations of ongoing contact causing fear for the victim.

Daniel Jean Parker age 21 of Olsen Drive in Sault Ste. Marie has also been held in custody appearing in bail court Tuesday. On July 1st 2012 at 02:23hrs City Police responded to a traffic accident at Wellington Street and Woodward Avenue. Upon arrival Police discovered a Black Dodge Ram P/U Truck and the accused's vehicle involved in the accident. Investigation revealed that the accused, Daniel Parker, was northbound on Woodward, ran the stop sign at Woodward and Wellington Street and collided with the eastbound Dodge Truck. Mr. Parker was arrested for impaired driving and tampering with or having another party start his vehicle with an alcohol interlock device. He was also charged with breach of probation in addition to the charge of impaired driving and having illegal limits of alcohol per 100ml of blood. Information available at this time indicates that the other driver and passenger complained of minor injuries.

A break and enter was reported on Ascot Avenue, entry was gained and dresser searched.

A business in the 600 Block of Great Northern Road was broken into overnight, entry gained through a smashed window.
