Early this morning, City Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance complaint at a west end residence. Investigation revealed that a 22-year-old male allegedly broke into the residence of a female known to him and then caused damage to her floor and some of her clothes. The accused was arrested at the scene and charged with break and enter, mischief and breaching a condition of his probation order which required him to keep the peace. He appeared in WASH court earlier today.
