On July 13, 2013 it is alleged that the accused Annette Denis, age 39 of 338 Fifth Avenue got into a verbal confrontation with the victim. The accused was on release condition not to communicate with the victim and a further condition not to molest, harass or annoy the victim. The accused was arrested for two counts of breach of undertaking and will appear in court on August 19, 2013 at 09:00 am.

On July 13, 2013 it is alleged that the accused Albert King, age 56 of 64 Birkshire Place attended at the LCBO on Great Northern Road. The accused hit a post and when he went inside to purchase alcohol was denied a sale and he left in his vehicle. Police were called and attended in the area of Birkshire Place and located the accused driving back to his residence. The accused was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for impaired driving. The accused was also found to be a disqualified driver from a previous impaired driving charge. The accused would not provide a sample of his breath at the police station upon request and a further charge of failing to provide a breath sample was laid. The accused will appear in court on August 19, 2013 at 9:00 am.

Break and enter occurred in the 500 block of Nelson Street between the hours of 12 noon and 8 pm. The rear door of the residence was kicked in. Jewelry was taken by the culprit.
