Arrests/Charged Persons:
A 25 year old male was arrested in a domestic incident in the central area of the city. There were no serious injuries as a result of the incident and the accused will appear in WASH Court this morning.
37 year old David Jenkins of 137 East Street was arrested and charged with assault this morning at approximately 1:20. Mr. Jenkins is accused of kicking another male in the abdomen. Jenkins will appear in court on August 27th at 9:00 am. No injuries were reported.
