43-year-old Scott Erdman of London Street was arrested at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre and charged with Unlawfully at Large and Breach of Probation. It is alleged he failed to show up on time for his intermittent sentence on March 14. He was also on probation at the time. He is scheduled to appear in Bail Court on March 17.
A 24-year-old male was arrested in the city’s West end and charged with one count of Assault. It is alleged that he pushed his common-law girlfriend. He is schedule to appear in W.A.S.H. court this morning.
A 38-year-old male was arrested and charged with two counts of Breach of Probation. It is alleged that he contacted he ex-girlfriend by facebook when he was on probation to not contact her directly or indirectly. He will also appear in W.A.S.H. court this morning
