On March 19 City Police patrol officers had occasion to conduct a vehicle stop in the area of Great Northern Rd. north of Lukenda Dr. Further investigation revealed that a female occupant in the vehicle was on a Conditional Sentence Order to remain in her residence and not to possess intoxicating substances. She was found to be in possession of a small amount of what appeared to be marijuana. As a result 22-year-old Jade Shawanda was arrested for breaching her Conditional Sentence Order and will be appearing in WASH Court on March 20.
