On March 29, 2015 Sault Ste. Marie Police arrested a 26 year male for two counts of domestic assault and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on February 7, 2015 and March 29, 2015 the accused assaulted his female girlfriend causing minor injuries and bruising while at her residence. At this time the accused was also on a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
The accused will appear in bail court on March 30.
On March 29, 2015 City Police Officers responded to a domestic related call at a residence on Queen st West. As a result of an Investigation into the disturbance, a 23 year old male was arrested in relation to the call. During the process of arresting the male, he assaulted four Police Officers. One Officer sought treatment for minor injuries. The accused faces charges of four counts of Assault Police and will appear in court on May 04, 2015.
On the 29 March 2015 City Police Officers arrested 23 year old Kyle Stewart of Graham Crescent, Marathon, Ontario. It’s alleged that the accused male was at the Top Hat bar located on Queen Street and punched a door window. He was held by Staff until Police arrived. He faces charges of Mischief under $5000.00 and will be appearing in Court on April 27 2015.
