At approximately 3:40 a.m. an alert neighbour reported a break and enter in progress to Ubriaco's Restaurant on Pim Street
The front door was found broken in and a rear door was found open.
Officers contained the area and with the assistance of K-9 the accused Kenneth Strain, age 47 of 40 Hynes Street was located hiding in the area. He currently faces charges of break and enter and posession of housebreaking tools.
It is unknown what if anything was taken at this time.
Strain will be in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) Court in the morning to be held for bail court Monday.
