Bail Court Appearance Arrests:
A 25 year old male was arrested at 1140 hours and charged with one count of assault, one count of assault with a weapon and one count of breach of probation. The accused entered the residence of his estranged girlfriend and assaulted a male found within. The victim suffered minor injuries. The accused will be in bail court tomorrow.

At 1443 hours a two year old child was struck by a vehicle reversing out of a driveway on Farewell Terrace. Information at 1600 hours indicates that the child received minor injuries. No charges laid

Break and Enters

A break and enter was reported in the 600 block of Wellington St. E. where culprits entered a vacant property through a window and dismantled approximately 150 feet of copper water pipe.

A vehicle was entered through an unlocked door on Allard St. and 2 cell phones, a quantity of tools, a full gas can and a “Tap Out” duffle bag containing karate gear and the victim’s wallet was stolen.

Also on Allard St. two electric scooters were stolen; a white EMMO electric scooter and a lime green ECO PED electric scooter were taken from an apartment parking lot.
Domestic
A male was charged with threatening in regards to a domestic violence situation he is to appear in WASH court this morning.
Fail to Provide Sample
On May 6, 2012 at approx. 12:48 a.m. a vehicle was stopped on Great Northern Rd by patrol officers after observed being driven in an erratic manner. The driver was given a roadside demand and he refused to comply with that demand. Jacob Misener age 24 of 9 Olson Dr. Heyden was charged with fail to provide sample. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 11 2012.
Break and Enter
During the early evening hours of May 5 suspect(s) broke into a residence on Blucher St. Nothing appeared missing, however there was damage done to the walls and the water taps were left running causing water damage.
