19-year-old Cody Irving of Churchill Ave. was arrested by City Police officers today on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.

19-year-old Cody Irving of Churchill Ave. was arrested by City Police officers today on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. It is alleged the accused committed mischief in July of this year and failed to attend court to answer to that charge in September. Mr. Irving will be appearing in Bail Court on November 2.

A residence in the 60s block of Oakwood Dr. was broken into overnight. Entry was gained through a side door. The homeowner was not at home at the time.

A garage was broken into in the 60s block of Curran Dr. overnight. Investigation revealed that the culprit(s) attempted to steal the vehicle parked in the garage but were unsuccessful.

City Police officers stopped a vehicle on Baseline in the early morning hours after witnessing the vehicle allegedly swerving back and forth over the centre line. Further investigation led officers to arrest the male driver with impaired driving and later breathalyzer tests resulted in an over 80 charge. 23-year-old Adam Palmer of Baseline will be appearing in Provincial Court December 7.

At 1a.m. on November 1, 2015 city police arrested 18-year-old Lance Pickering of Queen St. East. It’s alleged that the accused damaged a door at residence that the accused was visiting. The accused has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on December 7, 2015.
