On November 9 at approximately 3 a.m., patrol officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Bruce St. Investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking and a road side screening device was administered, which the accused failed.
On November 9 at approximately 3 a.m., patrol officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Bruce St. Investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking and a road side screening device was administered, which the accused failed. Charged with having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol is Roy Kreutzberger of Allen’s Side Rd. He will appear in court on December 15.
 
City Police officers attended to the parking lot of the Pine Plaza early this morning with regards to a possible impaired driver. Upon their arrival they located a male having care and control of a motor vehicle. Further investigation led the officers to believe this male was over the legal limit. 60 year old Terrence Matthews of 696 Pine St. was charged with consuming over the legal limit and will be appearing in Provincial Court on December 15.
