On October 10 2015 City Police responded to an assault complaint that allegedly occurred in the area of Old Goulais Bay Road. Investigation revealed that there was a bush party approximately 5 km up Old Goulais Bay Road.
On October 10 2015 City Police responded to an assault complaint that allegedly occurred in the area of Old Goulais Bay Road.  Investigation revealed that there was a bush party approximately 5 km up Old Goulais Bay Road.  It is alleged that three people arrived at the party and two were assaulted by the accused Josh Bougie, age 25.  The accused was later located and arrest for two counts of assault.  The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 16, 2015 at 9 a.m.

On October 11, 2015 at approximately 2:45 a.m., City Police attended in the area of Royal York Blvd. and met with a young person, age 15.  A check of the young person revealed that an undertaking was in place with a court ordered condition to be in residence between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.  The young person was arrested for breach of undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on November 17, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

On October 11, 2015, City Police attended at a local secure facility and arrested Bradley Allen Charrette, age 26, for theft under $5,000.  It is alleged that on September 18, 2015 the accused stole a cell phone from a store in the Station Mall.  The cell phone was concealed and the accused left the store without any attempt to pay for it.  The accused is scheduled to appear in court on November 9, 2015 at 9 a.m.
 
On October 10 city police officers attended to an east end residence regarding a domestic related complaint. Their investigation led them to arrest a 28-year old male on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear court in August. The male was also found to be breaching three conditions of his recognizance which prohibited him from drinking, being at the victim’s residence and residing at a specific address which he was not doing. He will be appearing in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) Court on October 11.
 
A 24-year old male was arrested by city police overnight and charged with three domestic related offences. It is alleged the accused confined his girlfriend to her residence not allowing her to leave at which time he assaulted her and also smashed a bowl belonging to the victim. The male was charged with assault, forcible confinement and mischief and will be appearing in WASH Court on October 11.
