On September 14, 2014 City Police responded to a domestic incident in the east end of the City. A male, age 48, went to his ex-wife’s residence driving a motor vehicle and was [allegedly] in an intoxicated condition.

On September 14, 2014 City Police responded to a domestic incident in the east end of the City.  A male, age 48, went to his ex-wife’s residence driving a motor vehicle and was [allegedly] in an intoxicated condition. He then tried to enter the residence but he was refused entry by the victim.  The victim was then assaulted when the male push her with both hands causing her soreness to her chest.  The push also caused the victim to sprain her right ankle. The accused then pulled flowers from the garden, threw gravel and sand at the residence and removed a decorative stone from the property.  Police arrested the accused for assault, mischief, having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired, and the accused would not provide a suitable sample of his breath at the request of the breathalyzer technician. The accused will appear in bail court on September 15, 2014 at 10 a.m.

On the 14 September 2014, City Police received a complaint regarding a possible impaired driver in the lower McNabb St area. Officers located the vehicle and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Charged is 41-year-old Darrell Johnson. He will be appearing in court on the 20 October 2014

City Police responded to a domestic dispute in the west end of the city. On arrival they found that a 29-year-old man had [allegedly] assaulted three family members. The male was charged with assault x4 and assault causing bodily harm. He will be appearing in bail court on Monday the 15 September 2014 at 10 a.m.
