SAULT STE MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On Jan. 31, 2017 officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an address in the 200 block of John Street in Sault Ste. Marie.
Officers located;
- 2 grams of crack cocaine,
- 4 Dilaudid pills,
- 2 Fentanyl pills, and;
- 20mg of Buprenophone
The total street value of the drugs seized is estimated at $670.
38-year-old Bernie Nadon and 27-year-old James Bolan of John Street, along with 37-year-old Jason Solomon of no fixed address, were all taken into custody.
Bernie Nadon has been charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance while James Bolan and Jason Solomon were both charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance. All three accused persons were held in custody for bail court.
