On the 24th of April 2014 at 1:30 pm city police arrested 44 year old Robert Hall of Queen Street East for breaching his probation. At the time of the arrest the accused was [allegedly] in the area of a dance studio of which he was on conditions to stay away from. He was also charged with failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior. The accused will appear in bail court tomorrow.
On the 24th of April 2014 at 2:00 pm 26 year Candace Desjardins turned herself in to police for a warrant for her arrest. She had failed to re-attend court on March 24th, 2014 in relation to a theft under $5,000 charge stemming from the 8th of January 2014. She will appear in court on May 26th, 2014.

31-year-old Jacob Carter of Wellington Street West was arrested by city police on April 23 and charged with one count of unauthorized possession of a firearm. Officers located a .22 calibre Ruger handgun at Mr. Carter’s residence. He will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
City police attended to Metro on Second Line West on April 23 regarding an adult male shoplifter. It is alleged that 23-year-old Tyler Taylor of Pine Street left the store without paying for razor blades and a quantity of meat. The accused will be appearing in Provincial Court on May 26.
