On August 8th, 2012 Patrol Officers arrested a 32 year old male who was in possession of a stolen 2003 Suburban. The vehicle had been reported stolen a day earlier from a break and enter to Boston Auto Sales on Trunk Rd. Further investigation revealed the male had broken into Boston Auto Sales and was also in possession of stolen property from there. During his arrest the male was found to be in possession of items commonly used for break and enters. Officers also determined that on August the 8th, the male had been involved in a theft from Staples on Great Northern Rd. Additionally the male was found to be in breach of a prior domestic related probation order where he was not to be communicating or associating with a female. The accused has been charged with Break and Enter, two counts of Possession of Property obtained by Crime, two counts of Theft under $5,000.00, Possession of House Breaking Tools and three counts of Breach of Probation. The male will appear in bail court on Aug. 9th at 10:00 am.

On April 18, 2011 Stephen James MOOR, age 32, failed to attend court to deal with a Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation charge. When he failed to appear for court a warrant for his arrest was issued. On the August the 8th, 2012 Police Officers executed the outstanding warrant. Moor is scheduled to appear in bail court on August 9th, 2012 at 10:00 bail court.

On the 9 August 2012 City Police Detectives in the Technological Crime Unit executed a search warrant in the 400 block of Queen St West. Charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and 1 count of distribution of child pornography is Dakota Hong-Ross (age 19) of 441 Queen St West. He will be appearing in bail court on 10 August 2012 at 10:00 AM.
