VICTIM SERIOUSLY HURT IN ASSAULT
Last night at 8:10, police were called to the corner of Wellington West and Wallace Terrace regarding an assault. They found a 21-year-old male seriously injured. The officers also located the three suspects.

Arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault are Daniel Ayotte, age 20, of 2 Wallace Terrace, Apt. #3, David Hudson, age 20, of 346 Bloor Street West, and Ricky Penny, age 20, of 233 Glasgow Avenue. Penny was further charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. All three suspects had been drinking.

The victim, Darren Nocioli was taken to hospital. He required several stitches to close the wound to the back of his head. He was released from hospital early this morning.

BREAK AND ENTERS
Two break and enters were reported yesterday. One took place in the 400 block of River Road. This is the second break and enter at that address in the past two days. The second break-in took place in the 300 block of Third Av
