On the 4th of December 2014 Officers from Patrol Services arrested Linda Sara-Lee Micks, 30-years old of Whittaker Street Sudbury Ontario with regards to an outstanding Arrest Warrant. It is alleged the accused failed to attend for finger prints at the SSMPS on the 30th of August 2012. The accused will appear in adult court on the 5th of January 2015.
On the 4th of December 2014 Patrol Services arrested a 17-year-old youth with regards to an outstanding Arrest Warrant. It is alleged the accused failed to appear in Youth Court on the 8th of July 2014. The accused will appear in youth court on the 6th of January 2015.
City police officers were called to WalMart on Great Northern Road on December 3 regarding a theft complaint. It is alleged, 26-year-old Naomi Burgoin of Copernicus Drive, attempted to leave the store with various items of merchandise concealed in her shirt. She was charged with theft and will be appearing in Provincial Court December 29.
25-year-old Candace Miron of no fixed address was arrested by city police on December 3 for theft and possession of a debit card, obtain credit under false pretences and breaching conditions of her probation. It is alleged the accused stole a debit card from a person known to her, made purchases in excess of $1900 with the card and then deposited 2 empty envelopes into the victim’s account and again withdrew an additional $1600 from that account knowing that amount was not in the account. She will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
A 22-year-old female was arrested on December 3 for various domestic related offences. It is alleged she broke into her ex-common law’s residence in the Henrietta/Wellington West area of town. Once inside she [allegedly] punched him and struck him with a metal object. She also [allegedly] damaged his door and mailbox. As a result she was charged with break and enter, assault, assault with a weapon, mischief and breaching a condition of a probation order. She will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
