On Feb. 14th, 2013 Patrol Officers were involved in a traffic stop on St. Georges Ave. in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Officers’ learned from the driver of the motor vehicle that he did not have a drivers licence.

On Feb. 14th, 2013 Patrol Officers were involved in a traffic stop on St. Georges Ave. in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Officers’ learned from the driver of the motor vehicle that he did not have a drivers licence. Further police record checks revealed the driver was prohibited from driving. Officers subsequently arrested and charged the driver, Stephen Glazebrook, age 62 of 31 Haviland Shore Dr. Goulais River, Ontario, with Operating a Motor Vehicle while Disqualified contrary section 259 (4) of the Criminal Code.  He will appear in court on March 18th, 2013.

On February 13th a 17 year old female was arrested on a warrant for breach of probation.  It is alleged that she was not abiding by conditions the court had imposed on her with regards to her living arrangements.  Due to other outstanding criminal charges she was held in custody and will be appearing in bail court this morning.

27 year old Kelly Hodgson of 245 Beverly Street was arrested on a warrant for failing to attend court.  It is alleged that she didn’t appear in court as required on outstanding charges.  She was given a new court date of March 18th and released.

22 year old Kyle Massicotte of 75 Adrian Drive was arrested and charged with breach of recognizance.  It is alleged that Mr. Massicotte moved from a residence he was supposed to reside at despite a court order stating he had to live there.  He will be appearing in bail court this morning.

51 year old Michael Butt of 622 Albert Street East was arrested for threatening.  It is alleged that on February 13th he threatened to cause physical harm to a female known to him.  He will be appearing in court on March 18th.

A 28 year old female was arrested as a result of a domestic incident.  It is alleged that she and her common law became involved in an argument which ended with her grabbing a chain he wore around his neck and choking him with it.  She will be appearing in bail court this morning.
