City police detectives arrested 43-year-old Jeremy Meloche of Pittsburgh Street on February 24 on outstanding warrants. Mr. Meloche failed to attend court on February 22 on a number of outstanding charges which included theft, attempt theft, failing to appear for prints, breaching conditions of a recognizance and breaching probation conditions. He will be appearing in Bail Court on February 25.
