On the 1 January 2015 Batchewana Police located and arrested a male on an outstanding warrant from 2012. Charged with theft under $5,000.00, failing to appear for fingerprints and failing to appear in court is Andre Gagnon (age 34). He will be appearing in bail court on 2 January 2015 at 10:00 AM.
On the 31 December 2014 Patrol Officers attended at Canadian Tire for a 16 year old male who was subsequently charged with Theft Under $5000 and Assault with a Weapon. He will appear in youth court to answer to the charges in the new year.
On the 31 December 2014 Patrol Officers located and arrested Richard Souriol 27 years of Queen St. W for an outstanding warrant for fail to comply. He will appear in court to answer to the charges in the new year.
