31 year old Krista Merola of Henrietta Avenue was arrested this and charged with one count breach of a recognizance. It is alleged that on the 2nd of January the accused breached her release order by being out of her residence without being in the company of her surety or being in a medical emergency. She will be appearing in bail court tomorrow morning.

A resident in the 100 Block on Northern Avenue reported that sometime during the month of December unknown persons broke into his apartment and stole a safe containing credit cards.

Morning news:

On January 1st  2014 police located and arrested a 17 year old male. It is alleged the male was out on a recognizance and failed to be in his residence by 9 p.m. as was ordered by the court. He will be appearing on February 4th 2014 at 9:30 a.m. charged with breach of recognizance.

On January 1st 2014 police were called to the 100 block of Cambridge Place for a disturbance. On arrival, it was discovered an adult female was breaching her release orders by refusing to cooperate with a social worker. Charged with breach of an undertaking and breach of probation is Rebecca Flemming (age 22) of Cambridge Place. She will be appearing in bail court January 2 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

On January 1st 2014 police were contacted regarding a domestic issue. It is alleged that between December 28 and January 1st a male text messaged his former spouse over 100 messages and called her numerous times. The man was warned by police on January 1st 2014 not to continue the messaging or repeated telephone calls. He brazenly ignored the police warning and, in fact, text messaged the women while the police were still present on his property. Charged with criminal harassment is a 37 year old male. He will be attending bail court on January 2 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
