ONE CHARGED IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
Yesterday afternoon at 2:26, a traffic accident occurred in front of 211 Bruce Street. A 1992 Buick operated by 81-year-old Keith Rathwell of Princess Crescent pulled out of a driveway and collided with a southbound pick-up driven by 68-year-old Theodore Cote of Wellington East.

The structure at 211 Bruce Street was damaged as well when Mr. Rathwell's vehicle skidded and struck the building. Rathwell was charged with failing to yield. There were no injuries and both vehicles were moderately damaged.

TEENAGE GIRLS CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
Yesterday evening at 10:30, two 13-year-old females entered a home in the North Street area and confronted two 13-year-old residents. It is alleged the assailants knocked on the door and when it was opened they barged their way in and threatened and assaulted the victims. They have been charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, assault, assault with a weapon and threatening death. Both accused will appear in court in early Februa
