41 year old Clifford Neveau of 261 Albert St. East was found in an intoxicated condition on Alexandria St. Upon further investigation it was revealed that the accused was on a recognizance of bail with a condition of not to consume alcohol. Clifford Neveau is schedule to appear in bail court this morning charged with breach of a recognizance.

An 85 year old male was charged with three counts of assault causing bodily harm in regards to domestic incidents between July 1 2012 and July 17 2012. He is scheduled to appear in bail court.
