Break and Enter
A home in the 500 block of Charles Street was broken into early this morning. The side door of the residence was kicked in and jewellery and alcohol were taken.
Break and Enter over night ATS
Around 4 am this morning City Police attended at ATS on Bruce Street for a break and enter. At this time it is unknown if anything was taken. The investigation is continuing.
A residence in the Montgomery Avenue area was entered and beer, liquor, cheques and a coin collection were stolen.

On July 3, 2013 police were called to the Elgin Street area for a male and female fighting.
Information revealed that the accused slapped the victim several times in the head and face area.
The accused, age 49, was arrested for assault and further it was found that the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the victim.
The accused will appear in bail court on July 4, 2013 at 10 a.m.
