At approximately 4:30 yesterday afternoon, officers observed a male known to them to be a prohibited driver operating a 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck in the downtown area.

At approximately 4:30 yesterday afternoon, officers observed a male known to them to be a prohibited driver operating a 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck in the downtown area.  When officers attempted to block the driver, he collided with one of the police cars causing minor damage to both vehicles.  53 year old Robert Larocque of 19 Charlotte Drive was charged with driving while prohibited and will be appearing in bail court.

A 38 year old male turned himself in regarding a warrant for a domestic related incident.  It is alleged that on the May 29 the accused assaulted the female by kicking her in the stomach.  Further on May 31 the accused again assaulted the victim by striking her about the head and by choking her.  The victim had non life threatening injuries that required medical attention.  He will be in bail court this morning charged with two counts of assault causing bodily harm.

A 31 year old female was arrested and charged with one count of assault.  It is alleged that the accused assaulted an individual in her care in a group home by slapping him. The accused will be appearing in court on July 29.

21 year old Bradley Daynard of 769 Pine St #402 was arrested for one count of sexual assault.  It is alleged that on June 1, the accused sexually assaulted a female acquaintance by fondling her while she was sleeping. The accused will be appearing in court on July 29.

A 53 year old male was arrested for one count of sexual assault and will also be appearing in court on July 29.  It is alleged that on June 16 the accused assaulted an adult female family member by fondling her while she was sleeping.

A resident in the 500 block of John Street reported that antique tires that were used as part of their landscaping were stolen.

A sub woofer and a flashlight were reported stolen from a truck that was parked in the 100 block of Cambridge Place.
