On June 22, 2016 at 9:45 p.m., city police arrested and charged a 47-year-old male with breach of his recognizance of bail. It is alleged that he breached the condition on the recognizance that prohibited him from consuming alcohol. He will appear in bail court on June 23, 2016.
On June 22, 2016 at 6:07 p.m., city police arrested and charged a 30-year-old male with three counts of spousal assault, as well as threatening bodily harm. It is alleged that the accused assaulted the victim on three separate occasions by spitting on her, slapping and punching her, choking her and pulling her hair. It is further alleged that he threatened her by stating he would smash her in the face. He will be appearing in bail court on June 23, 2016.
