Arrests/Charged Persons:

Arrest: On June 28, 2012 at approximately 4:50am the accused – age 27 turned himself in at the City Police Service regarding domestic matters that occurred on June 22, 2012 and other unrelated warrants dated from June and July 2005. It is alleged that the accused was at a local residence and after a verbal argument assaulted the victim by pushing her to the floor and slapped her in the face. The accused damaged a pair of sunglasses, a cell phone and a bus pass. – Charges included domestic mischief X 3 and break and enter (warrants) - He will appear in bail court at 10:00am

Arrest: On June 28, 2012 at approximately 5:05am the accused – age 22 turned himself in at the City Police Station regarding domestic matters that occurred on June 27, 2012. It is alleged that the accused punched the victim in the head and then pushed her to the ground. The accused then threw the victims cell phone out into the back yard. Charges included domestic assault and mischief - The accused will appear in bail court at 10:00am

Arrest: On June 28, 2012 the accused Adam Reed age 29 of 25 Princeton Avenue was arrested on an outstanding warrant on charges of possession of property obtained by crime. The incident dated back to March 17, 2012. On that date it is alleged that the accused while at the YMCA stole currency and an Ipod from the victim. The accused will appear in court on July 30, 2012 at 9:00am.

Arrest: On June 28, 2012 the accused Roberto Filice age 39 of 52 Railroad Avenue was arrested for possession of stolen property. It is alleged that the accused attempted to pawn a stolen television at a local pawn shop. The accused will appear in court on July 30, 2012 at 9:00am

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:

Theft from a vehicle. Taken from the vehicle was currency and tools.

Bear sighting in the Welcome Avenue area.
