A rock was thrown at a window at a local business in the 200 block of Trunk Road causing approximately $900 damage.
A vehicle in the 40 block of Wiber Street was scratched causing damage to the entire body.
32 year old Martin Vine of 89 Hudson St was arrested on the 5th of June 2013 at approximately 5:00 p.m. Officers observed Martin Vine on Queen Street East near #350. Vine was arrested on an outstanding warrant for breach of recognizance for failing to report to the John Howard Society on the 4th of June 2013 after being released on bail. He will return to bail court Thursday morning.
