24 year old David Dyni of 21 Ferguson Ave was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Break and Enter. It is alleged that on August 10 2013 the accused broke into Soo Video on Albert St East and stole several televisions that were worth approximately $2500.00. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 14 2014.
On March 12th at 2:30 Jody Edwards, age 23 of Queen St. E. and Kya-Lee Neveu, age 19 of Pim St. entered Walmart, 293 Bay Street. Edwards stole a belt and an energy drink and left the store. Neveu was found to be in his company. A police records check revealed Edwards was on a recognizance with a condition to abstain from communicating with Neveu. Edwards was also on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and remain away from Walmart at 293 Bay Street. Police Officers arrested and charged Edwards with Theft under $5,000.00, three counts of Breach of Probation and Breach of Recognizance. He will appear in court on March 13th. A police records checked revealed that she was on a peace bond with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. Neveu is also on a recognizance with a condition to abstain from communicating with Edwards. Police Officers arrested and charged her with Breach of her Peace Bond and Breach of her Undertaking. She will appear in court on March 13th.
On March 10th, 2014 Frank Caicco, age 49 of Copper St. pawned two stolen helmets at PST Pawn Brokers. Police learned the helmets were stolen from a residence on Fourth Line E. Police Officers executed a search warrant at his residence and located pepper spray. Caicco was arrested and charged with Possession of Property obtained by Crime, two counts of Breach of Probation and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. He will appear in court on March 13th.
On March 12, 2014 The Boathouse Store at 293 Bay St. Paul Quesnel, age 22 of Wellington St. East, took a hat from the store without paying for it. Police Officers arrested and charged him with Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation. He will appear in court on April 14th.
On March 12, 2014 at 8:50 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Shelly Lepage, age 43 of Manilla Terrace with Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation. Officers learned that she had shoplifted grocery items from Walmart at 293 Bay St. She will appear in court on April 14th.
On March 12, 2014 at 10:00 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Kristopher Running, age 24 of Korah Rd. with Theft under $5,000.00. Officers determined that Running had stolen grocery items from Walmart at 293 Bay St. He will appear in court April 7th.
