The following three males will appear in bail court this morning:
1) 18 year-old Chris Seaton of 364 Albert Street West was arrested and charged with one count of theft over $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation.
2) 20 year-old Tyler Seaton of 364 Albert Street West was arrested and charged with one count of theft over $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime, and one count of breach of probation.
3) 21 year old Jayme Bellerose of 327 Cathcart Street was arrested and charged with one count theft over $5,000 and two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime.
It is alleged that that on the 28th of March around 9 pm the three above accused stole a Chrysler PT Cruiser from a residence on Albert Street West. City police were called and patrol officers located the stolen vehicle abandoned in the rear parking of the New Marconi Restaurant. The canine unit assisted in tracking the suspects and all three males were located just after 10 pm at the corner of Huron Street and Cathcart Street. Chris Seaton and Tyler Seaton were both bound by a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour at the time of the incident.
Female Charged with Assaulting Boyfriend
A 27 year-old female was arrested just after 10 pm last evening and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that while at an east end residence, the accused punched her boyfriend in the head several times and slapped him in the face. She will be appearing in court on the 2nd of May.
Theft Under $5,000
20 year-old David Christie of 250 Beverley Street was arrested last evening and charged with one count of theft under $5,000. It is alleged that the accused took 2 bottles of vodka from the LCBO store at the Station Mall. The accused will appear in court on the 30th of April.
Break & Enter
One break and enter was reported yesterday afternoon. A residence on Langdon Road was entered on the 28th of March between 8 am and 1:30 pm. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.
