Evening news: On November 12, 2013 while incarcerated at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center the accused male age 22 allegedly called his ex-girlfriend’s residence and threatened to kick her door down and punch her in the head.

Evening news:

On November 12, 2013 while incarcerated at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center the accused male age 22 allegedly called his ex-girlfriend’s residence and threatened to kick her door down and punch her in the head. On November 14, 2013 while at the Sault Ste. Marie City Courthouse dealing with other matters, the accused was arrested for threatening to cause bodily harm to the victim, threatening to cause damage to the victim’s residence and also for breaching probation for not keeping the peace and being of good behaviour.  The accused will appear in court on November 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

Morning news:

20 year old Alaina St. John of Old Garden River Rd. and 18 year old Nathan Boissoneau of Trunk Rd. were arrested by officers from the Crime Suppression Unit as well as Patrol on November 13th for numerous offences. Both accused were observed in a vehicle which was reported stolen from World Cars on November 12th. It was also determined that the vehicle had stolen plates attached to it as well. Further investigation led to charges of possession of stolen property on both accused. St.John was also wanted on a warrant for breaching her recognizance for not reporting to the John Howard society as directed. Boissoneau was also charged with Break and Enter to World Cars, having several sets of car keys in his possession, possession of cocaine, breaching conditions of a probation order which included not to possess any drugs, being in possession of ammunition which he is prohibited from doing so, and also a warrant for possession of stolen property. Both accused will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.

A 48 year old male will be attending Bail Court later this morning as well after he was charged with 3 counts of domestic assault. It is alleged he assaulted his common-law spouse on 3 separate occasions between July and October of this year. He was also charged with unsafe storage of firearms after officers discovered 2 insecure firearms at his residence.
