Evening news:
A 46 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation in regards to a domestic incident. It is alleged that while on probation for a domestic assault he contacted the victim when his conditions prohibited from doing so. He is scheduled to appear in Bail Court on November 8.
Morning news:
City Police were called to a disturbance early this morning to a residence in the Bruce St. and Grosvenor St. area of town. An arguement took place when a male approached another male at a residence demanding money back which the first male had paid as a downpayment for a motorcycle. When the second male refused, the accused spayed the victim with Bear Spray and fled the scene. Officers located the accused a short distance away. 18 year old Michael Husband of 314 Albert St. W. has been charged with assault with a weapon and administer a noxtious substance. He will be appearing in Bail Court December 9th.
