At approximately 9:10 this morning, a 31-year-male was arrested on an outstanding warrant for domestic related offences. The charges include 3 breaches of probation, criminal harassment and threatening death.

At approximately 9:10 this morning, a 31-year-male was arrested on an outstanding warrant for domestic related offences. The charges include 3 breaches of probation, criminal harassment and threatening death. The accused will appear in bail court tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.

72-year-old Carol Delabbio of 39 Forest Ave was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5,000. It is alleged that on the 16th of October the accused attended at Sears in the Station Mall, placed a shirt in a shopping bag and left without paying for it. She will be appearing in court on November 18.

57-year-old Jack Devries of 44 Laronde Ave was arrested and charged with sexual assault. It is alleged that in March of this year the accused sexually assaulted a female known to him by having sexual intercourse with her without her consent. The accused will be appearing in bail court this morning.

A 23-year-old female was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon as a result of a domestic incident. It is alleged that on the 16th of October the accused assaulted her boyfriend by hitting him with a frying pan and a broken broom handle. The victim did not receive any injuries. The accused will be appearing in bail court this morning.

51-year-old Paul Archambeault of no fixed address will be appearing in court on November 18. It is alleged that after being placed in the rear of a police vehicle the accused deliberately urinated in the back seat. It is further alleged that after being lodged in a cell at the police station the accused plugged the toilet with his shirt and flushed the toilet repeatedly causing the toilet to overflow. The accused was charged with two counts of mischief.

A resident in the 100 block of Panoramic Drive reported the theft of a Canon camera from his vehicle.
