On October 23, 2014 at approximately 3:30 p.m., City Police located a male in the downtown area regarding outstanding domestic related warrants. The incidents date back to October 7, 2014 and continued until October 21, 2014. The accused, age 42, allegedly breach several court ordered probation conditions during that time. The accused was arrested for breach of probation x12 and one count of mischief. The accused will appear in bail court on October 24, 2014 at 10 a.m.
In the afternoon of October 22, 2014, patrol officers arrested and charged Delany Heslop-Williams, age 21 of Lafleur Street, Lasalle, Quebec with theft under $5,000. It is alleged that he stole two cell phones from Wirelesswave at 293 Bay Street. Further investigation revealed that Heslop-Williams was in possession of a stolen credit card, false identification and had used these items to obtain fraudulent credit. He faces additional charges of false pretences, used forged documents and possession of property obtained by crime. He will appear in bail court on October 23.
On October 22 patrol officers received a complaint that a female was breaching her court ordered probation. Officers learned she was on court imposed conditions not to communicate with her ex-spouse. She breached these conditions by contacting him. She will appear in court on November 26.
On October 23 at 2:50 a.m., patrol officers attended at a downtown residence for a domestic dispute. Officers found that a 33-year-old was in contravention of his order of probation. The male was charged with three counts of breach of probation and will appear in court on October 23.
