On October 29, 2015 city police arrested 23 year old male regarding domestic related offences.

On October 29, 2015 city police arrested 23 year old male regarding domestic related offences.  It’s alleged that between May 2015 and October 21, 2015 the accused assaulted the victim on three occasions caused damage to property belonging to the victim.  It’s further alleged that on October 21, 2015 that accused forcibly confined the victim.  He will be appearing in bail court on October 30, 2015

On October 28, 2015, city police attended in the area of Dufferin Street regarding a domestic related matter. It is alleged that a male was visiting a female friend and the male’s ex-girlfriend was in the area and did not like the fact that he was with his new friend. It is alleged that the female then damaged the male’s vehicle. Officer’s later arrested the female for mischief. Investigation also revealed that the two had been apart for the past 5 years. The accused age 55 is scheduled to appear in court on December 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

On October 28, 2015, city police responded to a domestic related matter in the west end of the city. Investigation revealed that the accused and the victim had been in a relationship but because of other domestic matters earlier this year the accused was arrested and put on a recognizance with court ordered conditions not to communicate with the victim and not to be within 100 meters of the victim’s residence. On October 28, 2015 the accused was found at the victim’s residence and arrested for 2 counts of breach of recognizance. The accused age 25, is scheduled to appear in court on December 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.

On October 28, 2015 a young person was located in the area of St. Andrew’s Terrace by city police. The male was known to police and a check revealed that there was an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for finger prints as directed. The accused was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court on December 1, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
