On October 29, 2014 at 3 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged a 39-year-old male with assault and two counts of sexual assault. The male is alleged to have assaulted his spouse. The victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries. He will appear in bail court on October 30.
On October 29, 2014 at 12:42 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Taylor Dow, age 22 of Ferguson Avenue, on the strength of several arrest warrants. Dow was charged with three counts of Failing to Attend Court, four counts of Breach of Probation, Theft under $ 5,000 and Possession of Stolen Property. She will appear in bail court on October 30.
On October 29, 2014 at 9:15 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Jeremy Meloche, age 41 of Borron Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie with two counts of failing to attend for fingerprinting. He will appear in court on December 1.
On October 29, 2014 at 10 p.m., patrol officers arrested a 14-year-old for assault and two counts of threatening death. The young person had assaulted a family member and threatened to harm them. The youth will appear in court on October 30.
