MAN ASSAULTS WOMAN
Yesterday at 9:50 a.m., police allege that Scott Kenny, age 27, of 190 Pine St. assaulted a 41-year-old female at a residence in the 300 block of Pine St. Kenny assaulted the female by punching her in the face and pulling her hair. The victim suffered a bloody nose and swelling to her face in the assault. Police were called and Kenny was arrested for assault and taken to the police station. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct 21st.


SEX CHARGES LAID AGAINST 20-YEAR-OLD MAN
Between the August 1st and the August 31, it is alleged that a 12-year-old female, while at a private residence, was asked to have sex by Steven Lacoursiere, age 20, of 35 Hughes St. #3. After three unsuccessful attempts to have sex with Lacoursiere, the victim's parents found out about these events and the police were notified. Yesterday, at 3:20 p.m., Detectives arrested and charged Lacoursiere with three counts of sexual interference and three counts of sexual assault. He will appear in court Oct 21st.
