19 year old Kaitland Rathbone-Laforge of no fixed address was observed by officers to be in the area of Albert St and Abbott St. Officers knew that she was on probation with conditions not to be on Albert Street between Gore Street and Dennis Street. The accused was arrested for breaching her conditions and was found to be in possession of a quantity of morphine without a prescription. She will be appearing in court on May 13th to answer to two charges of breach of probation and one charge of possession of narcotics.

Shortly after midnight officers dealing with 27 year old Kelly Hodgson of 245 Beverly Street found her to be under the influence of alcohol. A check of the police records system found that she had previously been released for unrelated charges and had been placed on conditions to abstain from consuming alcohol. She will be in bail court this morning charged with one count of breach of an undertaking.

On April 15th at approximately 4:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in the 100 block of Grace Street. Upon arrival officers found that suspect(s) had forced their way through a door and completely ransacked the residence. The homeowners reported that they had only been away for approximately 15 minutes. It is unknown what, if anything, was stolen as homeowners were still checking through the mess.

On April 15th at approximately 7:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in the 400 block of Wallace Terrace. It is reported that between 4:30 and 7:00 pm, unknown person(s) entered through a basement window and stole a quantity of jewelry.
