Fraudulant Check At Money Mart
At approximately 3:30 p.m. yesterday City Police arrested a 43-year-old male at the Money Mart on Great Northern Road after he attempted to cash a forged cheque.
It is alleged that the accused attempted to cash a cheque that had been reported stolen earlier in the month.
Adrian Biron, age 43, of 510 Morin Street Apt. #4 was subsequently arrested and charged with:
- uttering a forged document
- possession of property obtained by crime
- breach of probation
Mr. Biron will be appearing in court on Monday September 18 at 9 a.m.
