An ACER laptop computer, an I-Phone alarm clock and a CCM mountain bike were reported stolen from a residence on St. Georges Ave West.

At approximately 10:30 this morning police were called to a residence in the 100 block of Wellington Street East by an individual reporting unwanted people in her residence. Kimberly Robinson, age 20 of no fixed address and Michael Gingras, age 22 of 2820 Mission Road Goulais River Ontario were both arrested. Ms Robinson was charged with one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and one count of breach of probation. At the time of the offence Ms. Robinson was on probation with a condition to keep the peace and be good. Mr. Gingras was charged with one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and two counts of breach of probation. While in custody Mr. Gingras was arrested on a further charge of theft under $5000 and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on August 19th, Mr. Gingras stole two boxes of diapers from the Wal-Mart in the station mall. Mr. Gingras was on two probation orders with conditions to keep the peace and be good. They will both be appearing in court on September 30th.
Morning news
On the 19th of August in the early afternoon hours a resident in the 100 block of Poplar Avenue reported a break and enter to their home.
It is unknown at this time what was taken.

Yesterday between 1030 am and 3:30 pm thieves attempted to break into a residence in the 100 block of Allard Street but were unsuccessful.

Yesterday afternoon a homeowner in the 700 block of Shafer Avenue reported a theft from his vehicle.

Sometime between 11 pm on the 18th and 6:30 pm on the 19th thieves entered the vehicle and removed a pair of safety glasses, flashlights, cigarettes and a small amount of change.

On August 19, 2013 officers attended in the area of Queen Street and Hynes Street. Upon attending officers spoke to a female who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. A check of the individual was done and it was found there were outstanding warrants for mischief, failing to attend court and failing to attend for finger prints. The accused Alison Sylvia Pine, age 44 of 20 Gemah Street was arrested and will appear in court on September 23, 2013.

On August 19, 2013 officers attended in the 700 block of Second Line West regarding a family dispute. A check of one of the occupants revealed outstanding warrants under the Provincial Offences Act for failing to attend court when directed and breach of probation X 3. The accused age 16, will appear in bail court on August 20, 2013 at 10:00am

On August 20, 2013 at approximately 1:25 am officers attended in the 100 block of Bruce Street regarding a domestic dispute. A female age 35 was arrested for assault, assault with a weapon and breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused had been out and on her return to the residence she was in an intoxicated state. An argument ensued and the accused allegedly punch the victim several times and then struck the victim with a table lamp. A check of the accused was done and it was found that the accused was on probation with one court condition being keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused will appear in bail court on August 20, 2013 at 10:00am.

On August 19, 2013 the accused age 17 was at his ex-girlfriends residence to pick up property. A verbal argument ensued. The victim shut the door and it is alleged that the accused broke a window by punching it. The accused was arrested for mischief and will appear in bail court on August 20, 2013 at 10:00am.
Break and Enter:
Between the hours of 06:45am and 5:50pm a residence in the 100 block of Allard Street was entered. Taken in the break and enter was two laptops, currency and an XBOX.
